DAV, located in the Veterans Assistance Center (VAC) AT 5:30 AM. The VA/OPC VAN
will then proceed to and WILL DEPART FROM THE AMERICAN LEGION POST-123 at 5:45
AM. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS If an additional VA/OPC VAN is
required, the VAN DRIVER will make the arrangements. However, the FIRST VAN WILL
DEPART ON TIME AT BOTH LOCATIONS. REMINDER: Veterans desiring a good seat might
want to catch the VAN at the "VAC/DAV". Veterans desiring "SPACE
A" to the U.S. Embassy might want to catch the van at AL-123. OPC PATIENTS
